There is a change of ownership coming for All Disability Plan Management Pty Ltd (All Disability).
Our plan management business is being acquired as part of the nib group.
Why is nib purchasing All Disability Plan Management?
Jo is confident that nib’s values align themselves with ours and the future benefits such as advanced technology that nib will be able to provide will be beneficial for participants, providers and the team.
nib has been exploring option to enter the NDIS market for a number of years.

Will I still have my current Plan Manager?
Yes, you will still have direct access to your existing plan manager to assist you to utilise your plan.
Jo Hollis and the entire team will be staying on to continue to look after our current and future members.
Do I need to complete a new Service agreement?
No, your existing ongoing service agreement will automatically be updated to reflect the new details and registration number when the changeover is completed.
Will providers need to do anything?
No. It is business as usual, and providers will still use the same process and be paid in the same timely manner.
What will be different?
You may see a reference to Maple Plan in the NDIS portal if you access it, as we will be sharing their registration number, however, we will still be operating under All Disability Plan Management.
Will there be changes to how my personal information and data is handled?
The member information and data will continue to be stored in the same systems within All Disability and only accessible to All Disability employees.
The Members details will not be used for marketing, or shared across the nib Group. The member privacy and confidentiality will continue to be protected by the All Disability Privacy Code
The only change is the need for All Disability to access the Maple Plan Registration to make claims for the member and this will be done through the Maple Plan business
What do I need to do to stay with All Disability Plan Management?
Absolutely nothing. There will be no disruption to your service, you probably won’t notice anything different at all, but if you do have any questions or would like to know more, please call us on 1300 399 913, as we’re happy to chat this through with you.
What do I need to do if I do not wish to continue with All Disability Plan Management?
