What is NDIS Plan Management?

NDIS plan management is one of the three ways to manage your NDIS funding. Plan management is when a provider takes care of the financial side of things for you. The plan manager looks after managing and monitoring your budget, paying provider’s invoices quickly and generating monthly reports to keep track of things. Your plan manager is essentially your personal NDIS bookkeeper, working with you to get the most out of your funding. All Disability provides stress-free plan management and an easy to use online personal dashboard. 
Plan Management is like supported self management. You still make all the choices without the hassle of the paperwork.

How does NDIS Plan Management work?

Plan managers are registered NDIS providers who are approved to assist you with the financial side of managing your funding. Plan Management is of no cost to the participant and is covered by the NDIA. An NDIS participant’s goals and support needs are important when planning how to use their NDIS funding. All Disability will pay your provider’s invoices quickly and manage your budget. 
Your plan manager will also provide monthly reports, keeping all involved informed as to where funds are being used. To make things easy, we have an online personal management dashboard, which allows you to access and track your budget, invoices and important documents from anywhere 24/7.

How much will my NDIS Plan Management cost?

Plan Management is free for NDIS participants, there will be no cost to you to access this service and it is covered by the NDIS. You just need to ask to have it included in your plan and it will be added on top of your funding.

How do I know if I have Plan Management in my NDIS plan?

During your planning meeting with the NDIA, you can request that you would like a plan manager in your budget to support you to manage your funds. If you would like to change from being self-managed to having a plan manager, you can contact the NDIS on 1800 800 110.

What does an NDIS Plan Manager do?

An NDIS plan manager takes care of the financial side of your NDIS funding. They plan and manage your budget, receive and pay invoices from support providers, track and keep records of your funds and create reports.

How do I find an NDIS Plan Manager?

You can find an NDIS plan manager through your Local Area Coordinator, early childhood partner or support coordinator. You can also chat with us and one of our friendly plan managers can take care of things for you!

Can I change Plan Managers?

Yes, it is easy to switch from your current plan manager to us. You do need to provide your existing plan manager with notice of your decision to leave.
