What does an NDIS support coordinator do?

A support coordinator helps you understand and utilise your NDIS plan, assisting you to achieve your goals by linking you with providers and services. They work with you to develop knowledge and connections within the community and systems of support available. You will work together to design a support plan that is realistic and works for you, and your budget, to get the most out of your NDIS funding. They can also assist in preparing for plan reviews. Why do NDIS Support Coordinators prefer working with All Disability?

Having access to a members’ online dashboard means that Support Coordinators can easily see the progress of their participant’s funding. In addition to being able to see budget, budget spend and remaining budget, they can see how providers service agreements are progressing and what if any unallocated funding is available.
All Plan Managers provide monthly budget reports however all Disability Plan Management also provides regular extensive Budget Review Analysis which 100% of Support Coordinators that responded to our surveys said they find helpful. They also provide a personalised Plan Manager to every member so Support Coordinators will always speak to the same Plan Manager in relation to their individual clients.

A support coordinator works with you to determine your goals and support needs, and how to best achieve them within your NDIS funding. They connect you with providers and services that help you do this and can work with plan managers to ensure you’re getting the most out of your budget.

How does All Disability help keep track of budgets & expenses?

All Disability provides members with a personalised online dashboard. The dashboard makes accessible all of the member’s budgeting, invoices, service agreements and important documents. With one easy login, participants and support coordinators can access the dashboard enabling them to keep track of expenses and effectively manage the NDIS funding. They also do a regular deep analysis of how funding is tracking in relation to how far through the plan the member, is minimising the risk of under or overspending. 

What if one of my clients isn't an All Disability member?

If they do not currently have an NDIS Plan Manager it is as easy as joining them up (with their consent of course) right here online. If they have an existing NDIS Plan Manager and would like to switch they just need to provide 14 days' notice to their current Plan Manager. You can still join them up here online and we will wait until they have been released from their current Plan Manager.

What is the process I have to go through to sign up one of my clients?

You can just sign them up online. You will need their full name, NDIS number and date of birth. You are also able to upload their plan if that is available to you.
