Having access to a members’ online dashboard means that Support Coordinators can easily see the progress of their participant’s funding. In addition to being able to see budget, budget spend and remaining budget, they can see how providers service agreements are progressing and what if any unallocated funding is available.
All Plan Managers provide monthly budget reports however all Disability Plan Management also provides regular extensive Budget Review Analysis which 100% of Support Coordinators that responded to our surveys said they find helpful. They also provide a personalised Plan Manager to every member so Support Coordinators will always speak to the same Plan Manager in relation to their individual clients.
